Today I’ve finally reached my weight goal. This is what a girl my height should normally weight according to the BMI. It’s pretty shocking I’d say. I always thought that when I’d get down to this “normal” weight, I’d have a flat stomach, smaller thighs, a thigh gap and all these other stuff that are massively promoted. But thats not the case. It made me realize that what is projected as “normal” in this world is not necessarily what is healthy or normal at all. It’s so messed up how I have always thought, since I was very young, that being thin &, most of the time, unhealthy is what should be normal. So basically, what I’m trying to say is, if you’re trying to lose weight or if you look like me right now and think it’s abnormal or fat, know that you are probably wrong. I know we’re all different, but I think I’m a pretty decent example that what you think is normal is maybe not. I’m very proud of what I look like, being a healthy young adult, and I don’t want to conform to the medias’ version of “normal”. I hope it made some of you rethink your perception of “normal physical apparence” and I will definitely show this picture to my children if they ever have struggles witth their body. In other news, I’m excited for the next chapter: getting fit and toned 💪😊 #positive #body #bodyimage #transformationtuesday #Normality #bodystruggles

How come every other organ in your body can get sick and you get sympathy, except your brain?
